Prior to placing an order with us, please read carefully through our terms and conditions. In doing so you agree to be bound by the following information as set out below. If you have any queries before making a purchase, please contact us so we can help.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are inclusive of VAT, and are correct at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time. Prices charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied at time of sale. International customers will also be liable for any customs or import duty charges that may be applied, including the customs and duty on any returned items (please see delivery and returns). Customers will be notified immediately if payments are not authorised. Please note that we require an e-mail address and full postal address when orders are being placed. Failure to provide these may result in the order being cancelled, or delivered. Once orders have been placed they cannot be modified in any way.
All products are pictured and described in the most accurate way possible. However, due to the very nature of imagery there may be slight variations in colour depending on your computer monitor. We adhere to our own sizing chart, however some styles and materials may differ slightly. Where possible we will measure the item and write this information in the listing, however due to stretch and fabric contents we cannot always ensure 100% accuracy. Our size guide should indicate the appropriate size, and further queries should be enquire about within. Where possible all our listings are assumed to be correct at the time of uploading. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order where product information, including prices, have been entered incorrectly. All goods on our website are subject to availability. If an item ordered has sold out, you will be immediately notified and refunded in full.
At Roc and Doll privacy is of paramount importance to us – we need to collect customer data to process online orders, and we understand that our customers want to shop securely and know that their personal details are being kept safe. Therefore we will not disclose our customers’ details to any third parties, unless it’s necessary for the fulfilment of orders, including our couriers and for security checks. As a customer of Roc and Doll, we will send marketing communications via email, however this will not be often and regular, just from time to time. All customers have the right to opt out, which can be done by clicking “unsubscribe” on any emails received, or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery and Returns
All items where possible will be shipped in the afternoon. Unless items are being despatched on a pre paid next day delivery, items can take up to 2-3 working days for delivery. Items that are booked on a next day delivery should arrive the following day. To qualify for a next day delivery items must be ordered and paid for before 12pm to be received the following day. Should you wish to track your item please contact us direct for a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items.
Every item we sell is manufactured to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please notify us immediately and we will aim to replace your item or offer a full refund.
All items must be returned within 7 working days to qualify for a full refund. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in. Items tried on should be done so when not wearing perfume, after shave, tan lotions or make up.
Delivery costs are relative to the size and cost of your parcel, and include the shipping cost and the packaging. We cannot refund any delivery costs. If your item was purchased during a promotion and you did not pay postage and packaging, then you return your item, the delivery costs will be deducted prior to issuing your refund.
Returned items MUST be returned with a returns note, stating your reason for return. We WILL NOT recover any return delivery costs. We recommend you send your parcel tracked or recorded delivery, and we will not be liable for any losses.
Refunds will be processed on receipt of the returned item, and NOT BEFORE. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days so please be patient when awaiting refund.
